Return & Refund Policy

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase please review our return/refund policy listed below.

Returns/Exchanges will only be considered within 30 days of purchase.

We cannot monitor the end user for their skin type, health condition and product compatibility, we strongly recommend that you consult your physician or a skin care professional for an analysis of your particular skin type and sensitivity level before purchasing any product. No refund will be given for any reason relating to product effect or compatibility with your skin type, including allergic reaction. We can only offer return privileges if an incorrect item is shipped or an item is received damaged or defective.

Shipping fees are NOT refundable. To initiate your return, contact us via email at skinluxuriant@gmail.com .  A customer care associate will review your request and respond back to you via email. If a return is authorized you will be given a return merchandise number. This number must be on the shipping box or the refund/return will not be processed and no refund will be given.

Returns are subject to inspection by CSC staff and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, original invoice, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned or a refund will not be issued.

We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds by customers that have a habit of returning products.  We will be unable to issue a refund for customers that request two consecutive refunds.

**We are not responsible for orders that have been effected by weather conditions. While we truly appreciate your business we are not aware of the weather conditions where you live so please place your order when your weather conditions are favorable.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we will reship the correct product after we receive the incorrect product back within 15 days. Customer will have to pay for shipping of the 2nd item and to return the wrong item.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

If you purchase a product and decide to cancel or return the order you will be charged a restocking fee of 25% and the cost for us to ship out the product.

Once we receive the return it will be processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the return.

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online and have been processed may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.  Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, soaps, intimate apparel, sanitary goods, or any other item as decided by us].  These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Shipping

All returned merchandise should be sent to us at N5255 Club Da Neveu, Dr Fond Du Lac, WI, 54937.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

If a package is sent back to us due to wrong or incorrect address, it is the customer responsibility to pay for the shipping cost for the package to be sent back to the correct address.

We do not issue a full refund once a shipping label has been created.
